Year 1- 350 Hours Yoga Therapy Studies
(As part of the Optional 800 Hours IAYT Accredited Training)

Prerequisites

200 RYT or equivalent teacher training & One Year of self-directed personal practice. (Please ask if you unsure if you qualify)

Course Type

  1. Starting with the Online weekends from 4th September 2026 with webinars and supervision.
