What is Yoga Therapy ?

θεραπευτικη γιογκα αθηνα

Yoga Therapy is the design and learning of a personalized Yoga practice based on the needs and priorities of the person concerned.

Yoga Therapy safely guides the change they want to make, reducing what they do not want (mental or physical pain) and acquiring what they need (strength, alignment, joy).

Yoga Therapy is for people who want to get rid of physical or emotional pain, to know their body better and get stronger with personalized practices based on professional recognition of their personal habits, ways of standing and moving.

Yoga Therapy is for people who want to change the way they stand and move.

Yoga Therapy is for people who want to have a better posture and look, but also feel more confident and stronger.

Yoga Therapy is for people who want to breathe better and sleep more peacefully.

Yoga Therapy is for people who want to get to know themselves and alleviate mental or physical pain through the scientifically proven effective practices of Yoga.

All this is done through a personal Yoga Therapy session by Evi Dimitriadou, a Certified Yoga Therapist after studying years of Yoga Therapy in England and America and 3 years study of Physical Therapy.
